The key objective of this project is to develop a national speed management blueprint for road safety, covering the law enforcement, engineering and knowledge management and sharing aspects, that is in accord with the country’s road safety strategies and world-class best practices. The blueprint can be used as a concrete basis for road safety strategic development planning and measure implementation as well as action plan guidelines for operating agencies.
